WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT METHODS AVAILABLE?
Most Credit Card Payments are available such as MasterCard or Visa and we also offer Cash on Delivery (COD) services nationwide.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?
Most orders for in-stock items will be ship out 1 day after the order has been received, we a lot ourselves that time to accommodate large orders from our store and to verify customer orders. Due to heavy traffic of orders please be patient. You can directly contact us if you have any revisions with your order within the 24 hours period.

HOW QUICKLY ARE ORDERS DELIVERED AFTER SHIPMENT?
The shipping method you select determines how quickly the order will arrive at your doorstep. 

Our standard shipping it usually takes 3-4 days before the items to arrive to our customers within NCR and Cavite. Outside of those regions our standard shipping lead time is 4 to 7 days.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?
Yes, cancellation or change of order status is allowed within the 24 hour period. During the verification process, we double check all orders from our website if all the addresses, emails or contact numbers are correct and verified. Please keep in mind to double check your orders before checkout to avoid problems with your order. For order cancellation, please inform us within 24 hours before shipment so that we can process your refund.

MY ORDER HAS ALREADY SHIPPED. CAN I HAVE THE DELIVERY ADDRESS CHANGED? 
Modifications and cancellations of orders cannot be processed during transit. Please double check your order information before proceeding to payment.

WHAT IF I ORDER SOMETHING THAT’S OUT OF STOCK?
We work very hard to prevent this from happening. Occasionally, however, orders might slip through that contain out-of-stock items. In these cases, out-of-stock item(s) or your entire order may be canceled; you will, of course, receive a refund to your credit card for any items that cannot be shipped. Our fulfillment center will also contact you to let you know that your order has been modified.
